Bruce has lived in East Sandwich since 1994. He first discovered Cape Cod as a boy visiting Eastham and Orleans for summer vacations and knew back then that he wanted to spend his life on the Cape.

After graduating from Boston College with a degree in theology, he spent a few years working in various trades in different parts of Cape Cod, including construction, painting and landscaping. In his late twenties, he went back to school to get a degree in education. For the past thirty years he has taught elementary school, middle school, and high school in Newton, Wellfleet, and Barnstable. He is a father of two wonderful daughters who both share his love of Cape Cod.

In his free time, Bruce enjoys reading, working on projects on his home, and spending time with family and friends.
